H. ‘Wisely Primrose’ – This vigorous spreading subshrub grows 12″ tall and 18″ wide. It produces smooth edged, gray-green leaves, to 1 ½” long. In spring and summer it bears pale primrose yellow flowers, 3/4-1″ across, with deep golden center.
Grow in moderately fertile, well drained, neutral to alkaline soil in full sun. Keep dry in winter. Cut back after flowering to encourage second flush of blooms.
