Description

Acer conspicuum ‘Silver Cardinal’- This cross between Acer davidii and Acer pensyvanicum found in England in the 1960’s. Grows 30’ feet tall and has 3-5 lobes leaves and are very small. The original cultivar is ‘Silver Vain’ with large leaves and has distinctive silver stripped maroon bark and sprinkled green and cream leaves with pink veins on red leaf stalks.
