Description
Rosa ‘City of Loddon’ – This floribunda rose or climbing rose grows 32″ tall and 30″ wide. It produces glossy mid green leaves. From spring to autumn it bears loosely formed, rounded to flat, semi double to double, fragrant, light pink flowers, that are 3″ across.
