Description
Rosa ‘Robusta’ – R. ‘Korder Robusta’ – This vigorous rugosa rose grows 4-5′ feet tall and 3-4′ feet wide. From prickly canes it carries leathery, dark green leaves. From spring to autumn it bears 5 petaled, cupped, scarlet flowers, that are 2 ½” across, with wavy edges, and filled with yellow stamens. Tolerates hot spots and thrives in seaside gardens. Moderately resistant to black spot.
