Description
Rosa ‘Anne Harkness’ – This vigorous floribunda rose grows 3-4′ feet tall and half as wide. It produces mid green leaves. From spring to autumn it bears urn shaped, double, ruffled, saffron-orange flowers, that are 3″ across, which shade to gold at the petal margins, in sprays of 10-20.
