Description
Rosa ‘Congratulations’ – R. ‘Sylvia’ – This tall vigorous hybrid tea rose grows 5′ feet tall and 3′ feet wide. It produces dark green leaves. From spring to autumn in bears neatly formed, urn shaped, fully double, rose pink flowers, that are 4 ½” across.
