Description
Rosa ‘Shocking Blue’ – This floribunda rose grows 3-4′ feet tall and 2′ feet wide. It produces shiny, dark green leaves. From spring to autumn it bears urn shaped buds that open to rounded, fully double, intensely fragrant, magenta flowers, that are 4″ across, held singly or in clusters.
