Description
All Star – Berries in June – grows 8-10″ inches tall and 18″ inches wide – space 18″ inches apart
Harvest – Pick berries in morning, when fruits are cool. Pick fully formed and colored berries, as unripe berries won’t continue to ripen after picked. Leaves 1/2″ inch of stem on plant from top of berry.
Grow in fertile, moist but well drained, neutral to alkaline soil in full sun or light, dappled shade. Tolerant of acidic soils.Protect from wind.
Prone to leaf spot, powdery mildew, honey fungus, various fungal wilts, spider mites, aphids, vine weevil grubs, millipedes, botrytis mold, slugs, and birds.
